Do I have to count calories or eat pre-packaged meals?
No. Our approach is centered on mindfulness and sustainability. We focus on food quality, portion awareness, and helping you build balanced meals with foods you actually enjoy, rather than assigning rigid calorie targets.

What role do medications play in the program?
Medications can be a useful tool for some, but not all, patients. If, after your consultation and any necessary lab work, we decide that medication would be a beneficial part of your plan, we will discuss the options, benefits, and costs with you.
What happens during a weekly check-in?
Your weekly check-in is a dedicated touchpoint with your StrikePoint team. You will fill out a quick assessment of your progress, side effects of any medications, and challenges. We'll review your updates, set small, achievable goals for the upcoming week, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
