Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us. We look forward to your consultation. Please review our booking policy before confirming your appointment. 1. $50 Initial Consultation Fee To secure your Initial Consultation, a $50 fee is required at the time of booking. This policy allows us to dedicate our time exclusively to you, ensures our availability is allocated to interested clients, and helps to reduce no-shows. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that schedules can change. Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. In this case, your $50 fee will be fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the consultation (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of the $50 fee. 3. How the Consultation Fee is Applied If You Make a Purchase: We are pleased to apply the $50 consultation fee as a direct credit toward any memberships or products purchased during your initial consultation. If No Purchase is Made: If you choose not to purchase a membership or product at the time of your visit, the $50 fee is retained as payment for the consultation service itself and is non-refundable. 4. Accessing Your Telehealth Consultation Our consultations are held securely via our telehealth system. Client Portal: After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure link to set up your personal Client Portal. Appointment Link: Your telehealth consultation link will be available inside your Client Portal. Please log in to your portal a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to access the session. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Initial Consultation & Booking Policy.
