While we strive for excellence in every aspect of your care, we understand that questions or concerns may occasionally arise. We want to assure you that we will always attempt to address any dissatisfaction by working diligently with you to find a suitable resolution.

Refund Policy for Services Rendered

 

All sales for professional services are final once the service has been rendered.

  • No Refunds After Service: Once a consultation, treatment, therapy session, or other professional service has been completed, we cannot issue a monetary refund. This policy is in place because the value of the service, including the time, expertise, and resources of our clinical team, has been fully delivered.

  • Addressing Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please bring your concerns to our attention immediately. We are dedicated to ensuring you feel heard and will review your case promptly. While we cannot issue a monetary refund, we will explore all appropriate options to remedy the situation and ensure the quality of your future care.

Refund Policy for Compounded Medications and Supplements

 

Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications and strict pharmaceutical regulations governing safety and dispensing, we must adhere to the following policy:

Custom-compounded medications and dispensed supplements are generally non-refundable once they have been received by the patient.

  • Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable: Once a medication or supplement has left our facility or the pharmacy's custody and been delivered to you, we cannot accept it back for a refund or exchange. This is a necessary measure to ensure the safety, purity, and integrity of all dispensed medications for all our patients.

  • Exceptions for Quality Issues: We stand behind the quality of the compounding pharmacies we partner with. A full refund or replacement will be provided only in the following specific circumstances:

    • The medication or supplement is verifiably damaged during shipment.

    • The product has expired upon arrival.

    • The product received is demonstrably incorrect (e.g., wrong strength, wrong medication entirely) due to a dispensing error.

  • Process for Exceptions: If you believe your medication qualifies for one of the above exceptions, you must contact StrikePoint Health & Performance within 7 days of receipt. We will require you to provide specific information (e.g., lot number, expiration date, photo evidence of damage) to facilitate a prompt investigation and resolution with our compounding partner.
